Our Programme

Tiny Feet Sports is a program specifically designed to support and enhance the growth and development of children from infancy to 7 years old. Through various engaging activities and exercises, Tiny Feet Sports aims to promote young children’s physical, cognitive, and social development.

The program recognises the importance of early childhood development and the role of physical activity in promoting overall healthy well-being. By engaging in age-appropriate sports and movement-based activities, children can develop fundamental motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength.

Tiny Feet Sports also places a strong emphasis on cognitive development. Children are encouraged to think critically, problem-solve, and enhance their decision-making abilities through interactive games and challenges. These activities stimulate their minds and promote the development of critical cognitive skills such as memory, attention, and concentration.

Furthermore, Tiny Feet Sports recognises the significance of social interaction and teamwork in a child’s growth. Children learn valuable social skills such as communication, cooperation, and empathy by participating in group activities and team-based games. These experiences help create a positive relationship and contribute to developing essential social skills that will benefit the children throughout their lives.

1 Year Old (Stage 1 Development)

What can 1-Year-Old Babies do at this age?

At Tiny Feet Sports, we recognise the importance of routine and physical exercise, and as your baby grows, you will notice new and exciting abilities that develop. While babies may progress at different rates, the following are some of the common milestones your baby may reach in this age group:

Coach teaches the children about the game rules and how to play it

2-Years Old (Stage 2 Development)

Children transition from babies to toddlers during their second year of life. They become more independent in daily activities like dressing/undressing themselves. They make significant strides in communication, and their vocabulary increases slowly over the first 6 months and then expands quickly during the second 6 months. At this point, most 2-year-olds can use simple two-word sentences.
